I'm right there with you on that one Chris, amazing cars.
Years ago I was lucky to drive a series 1 4.2. A mate of mines dad owned 2 of them and a mark 2 and a XK150 as well! Yes I was and still am very jealous.Alan.

I quite like seeing these old classics , but not much of a car buff . I like the Black and white approach , it suits the subject perfectly . In the village I grew up in , the Local Pub owner owned an E Type , it was dark Mauve . I only remember ever seeing it come out the garage to tick over and be polished , then be put back in the garage , not saying he never , but I never see it on the road . I wasn`t a car buff then either , but new that car was class .

Beautiful car and still an object of desire.
