    Fox (Vixen)

Still trying for the cubs, they seem exceptionally shy not at all inquisitive.

Cracking shot, what time of day was it? Have seen two early morning recently but too dark and too distant!!

Thanks everyone for looking and your comments. The shot was taken early afternoon, she had just brought back a rabbit for the cubs, got a shot but a branch right across her face. Never known a Earth like this the cubs do not 'come out to play', they do not greet the vixen when she brings food, they stay tucked under a bramble thicket all the time despite their age - they should be out playing by now. I'm wondering if there is something wrong with them -- no use of legs !
The Picture. The vixen had just left the cubs and heard the shutter fire, she looked right at me, but went on her way.
