    A Blue Morphos

    Called such because when it opens its wings they are a vivid blue... sadly it declined to take part,, but hey ho... could have done with the tripod and not the monopod, but people might have objected as it was busy.

    Hi Tony; Superb. Detail & sharpness at the image centre is stunning... Shame it's running off a bit towards the rear and left edges of the wings; but nevertheless an excellent image.
