Really lovely John - particularly the way the (doubtless) dull-coloured mud is painted in pastel shades by the light from the sky - 10 out of 10 AND a GOLD STAR!

Re: The Sun Goes Down Over Teignmouth

Thanks Ian yes, the lights did dim and I had to open the windows but for for those times when I need to stitch more than that I have a Cray XC50 on order

John... a gold star? Thank you so much I really am honoured

I've found that light reflected from wet mud can be really effective and provide more interesting texture. I have another taken shortly after this one that I wasn't planning to but as it demonstrates it so well will post it later.

                        Cheers,
                        John
