    Potato Field

    There were a couple of these fields we saw on the way to Minsmere on Friday - who would have thought potatoes could be so colourful

    Indeed very colourful Stan. Perhaps pull the grad back a tiny bit?

      Well; that's a new one on me... I would have bet money that spud flowers were all white... but it seems not!
      Cheers;

          no grad used either when shot or post processing

          I would have agreed and when we first saw the field the last thought was potato but when in the field it was more obvious as the rows were earthed up as for potato. I did a google search and found a few other shots of fields in the local area so perhaps it is a feature of East Anglia

                        Nice image Stan. Special crop of king teddies then, with red flowers.

                          Could almost be mistaken for Lavender fields in the distance.

                              Having looked at the thread a couple of days ago, I didn't comment. But thought to myself "I'm sure my potatoes have that coloured flower". Having wandered up the garden I can confirm that they do. But they dont look any where near as good as this field you've captured Stan. Well spotted
