Evening Typhoon Display

Hi All,

Sadly after all the good weather in the last few days we had a rubbish sky at RAF Coningsby tonight for an evening Typhoon Display for some visitors.

Might have been a rubbish sky for you Paul but I think most of us would be chuffed with them. Agree with Brian about 2,3 and 4 being the best.

I agree with everyone else, and I think that in all of them, to a greater or lesser extent, the "rubbish" sky has produced something a bit different than "just" a shot of a Typhoon. I especially like #2.

Ditto as above... Tough but great light specifically in 2 & 4... #2 is a corker with the heat trail. Well done; always enjoy your posts...

Excellent shots, at least you got a display, we got a run and climb due to it going being at Cosford... damned show was a pain, changeable weather ranging from rainstorms to sunshine and a display line facing into the sun.

The grey sky may have been a bit rubbish but in the three with the sunset behind it's fabulous!
