Evening Spitfire Display

Hi All,

Just after the Typhoon Display came the Spitfire, the MK2a, the only airworthy Spitfire which actually flew combat missions in the Battle of Britain.

Sky was still naff, but they can't take away that Merlin sound.

Great shots and doesn't it make you proud that some British things are just perfect from the off: The Supermarine Spitfire, The E Type Jaguar and Cornish Pasties just spring to mind.

Another fine set; and I quite like the evening light; specially on #1... FWIW - I think you could bring up the shadows just a smidgin - but that's only my view. Ignore as you wish - of course :-)
