Looks quite stunning, did you use an IR filter or an adapted body?

          Thanks guys.

Bill, they're from an adapted camera - in this case a 1000D that i bought used and already IR converted. I have used an R72 filter in the past but not recently. The advantage of a converted camera is that you can use it handheld - although you need keep the ISO up - whereas using a filter inevitably means a tripod and long exposures to compensate for the IR cut filter normally present in the sensor assembly (this is removed on conversion and normally replaced with a 720nm (R72-type) filter) which improves sensitivity no end. The disadvantage is that if you want colour pix as well you need to carry a second body with you.
