Well that's different to the usual Millenium shots and I think, works really well. I'd get rid of the plane to the left of St Paul's though.

The bird is too small in the frame

In that case, you need to crop in really tightly on the bird, so there are no distractions.

Did you boost the colour of the glass?

The glass does have a green tinge and using HDR Efex to lift the clouds has darkened it a bit.
