    Very nice Nathaniel.

    I can just see one of the huge feet that Moorhens have, in shot number one. Always amused me that Moorhens have feet nearly the size of their body.

          Yes, I too have wondered why they have such large feet!
          To spread their body weight, as they walk over floating vegetation. Larger water lilies, bunched water hyacinth etc.
