Tornado brings heavy rain to Backwell

This morning started lovely and sunny, but the Met Office said rain at 09:00. Undeterred I ventured down the road for the Torbay Express, due at 09:10 and pulled by Tornado - I'll be OK I thought - then the rain started - and then the train was late - and then I was b****y soaking.

It makes for a slightly dull shot, but still a magnificent sight to see.

There is a mono version in the appropriate place.

Given the conditions I think you did very well, I've just looked on Flickr and the rain on the body is even more noticeable than it is on here.

Skins waterproof John, just make sure you keep the camera dry .

Good work John and well worth venturing over to Flickr to see it properly

Comforting to know the 5D3 is waterproof

        Cheers,

Peter, Tom & John - thanks for looking and commenting - I shan't attempt to match John's bookend shots, as it is still p*****g down here!
