What an interesting garden you have Gordon.

In comparison, mine is very mundane!

          Hi Peter
to say the Mark 4 is fantastic is a bit of an understatement ! The focusing is brilliant and the quality of the shots at high ISO are unbelievable , i'm not scared to push it . I have a battery grip fitted which makes it better balanced imo especially when i use the big lenses . The controls are good though i still find myself using the buttons rather than the touchscreen ! Having progressed through a range of EOS cameras this is definitely the Dogs ......... , unless i win the lottery i won't be going any higher !

This cottage we're staying in (The Hideaway , Newtondale) is fantastic , about a 3/4 mile walk from Levisham station along a private forestry road , only neighbour is the owner , next one must be a mile away (The Platelayers Cottage ) , only been here 2 nights and seen quite a bit of wildlife skipping about (Various birds incl Nuthatcher , woodpecker and the usual suspects . Deer , squirrel ) when i haven't had the camera ready ! there is supposed to be a local badger according to the visitors book.....
All very peaceful , looking forward to doing lots of walks including Skelton Tower and the rail trail .
          Cheers Gordon
