Female Kestrel in Flight

The lady of a local nesting pair swooping down to return to the nest box where they successfully raised 4 chicks this year. She did most of the work as I only ever saw the male circling high in the sky above the nest on the numerous visits I made.

very nice steve ,getting cabin fever here .only a few more days and the kitchen re.build is at the end of stage 1 so i can have rest break
