    i have to admit i was struggling yesterday although a good day bird wise i,m not happy with a large percentage of my shots ,and thus made some alterations to the camera settings last night .this very nearly didn't get processed but just scraped in .
    incorporated in that is a large dose of user error on my part due to lack of use .

    I like that, shame about the grass in the foreground, but in a way it gives the image depth

      I like this shot. I am sure the grass in the foreground can be cloned out.

        I don't mind the grass in the foreground to be honest as long as the bird can be seen
