I take your point Trev.

In East Devon, you still call and pronounce it as Devon. In South Devon it is called Dem.

A nice image of a nice place Trev. So you were on lovely stony Budleigh Salterton beach then!

SWMBO's parents used to run the Salterton Arms in the town at one time so I have had many a visit to Budleigh.
