    ...from a hotel window

    I tried to make some interesting images from a fairly featureless and functional location and with limited view....I could have gone walkabout but thought this would be a good challenge ....here are the results....any comments welcome

    Very creative Brian. Of the set, the 1st image has the biggest impact for me, in it's simplicity and composition.

        Agree with Tom that first image is really interesting. A well thought out shot processed right on the money

            Number one for me. Well treated, good composition and strangely, the shadows pointing toward the manhole cover provide extra interest.

              First one for me too. I like the lines, the shadows and the dark area at the top drawing you in. It works well.

                Thanks Guys......I'd like to say I'd noted that the shadows pointed to the manhole cover .......but sadly I hadn't noticed.

                These were all taken at the back of Glasgow Airport by the way

                  No 1 for me, too, Brian, liking how such simple shapes interact to create interest such as chevrons, arrows etc. Nice.
