    Adam's Falls

Today SWMBO and I headed up to Adam's Fall. For this trip I took the EOS M5 w/TAMRON 18-400mm F/3.5-6.3 Di II VC HLD B028.

Here is the falls with the M5:

    A lovely spot......
I couldn't resolve enough difference to say which is better apart from the obvious crop difference...I like the first for the obvious emphasis on the falls.....but the second for the inclusion of more of the pool. I guess a very large print would give the game away.

Interesting that the M5 took 4 seconds and the 6DII took 10 seconds whilst both at ISO100 and f18.

Thanks Brian. On Tuesday it was cloudy when I took the image using the 6DMKII. Today it was sunny when I took it with the M5. Both I also used a variable ND filter

Both lovely, but the reflections in the second shot make it my firm favourite.

Two nice shots Tom. I like the first one a bit better as the falls show "movement"- the fall of the water!

I do like the first Tom but I can see the value of the reflections in the second. Dare I say a crop between the two would be worthwhile?

If I were to have my druthers, I am with Nathaniel. The first one for me. The composition of the first one is better.
