    Bovington Tank Museum

On our summer holiday I went to the tank museum at Bovington with my father-in-law.
Its a cracking museum with loads to see.
I like to capture detail and try to get images without the background clutter of museums so here are a few examples from the day out for you comment on...

T-72 by Andy Davis, on Flickr

Panzer II by Andy Davis, on Flickr

Alvis Scorpion by Andy Davis, on Flickr

There are a few more on Flickr.
As always I look forward to your thoughts and comments.
    Andy

You certainly met your objective....the second is my favourite with good use of shallow DoF.

Hi Andy, very good detail shots.

The Tank Museum is only around 10 mile from me and I have never been. Sounds like a good idea to take my grandson for a visit.

          Thanks very much Colin.
I really recommend it, we spent the whole day there and never made it to the conservation centre as we ran out of time before it closed!
          A great museum to visit.

Nice detail and isolation, but that 2nd image is my pick.
