    Flickr to forum degradation

    Noticed of late quiet a lot of difference between the photos on here and the actual photos on Flickr ,Colin c's bellowing stag was the first one to catch my attention then I looked at a few other peoples and there all the same the highlights ,shadows etc aren't carrying over like they used to do ,same on either the i.mac or I.pad so it's not screen size.
    Anyone else picked up on this

    agree, I think all you can do is view the forum as a place to get a snapshot of the image and if you like it and want to offer feedback then look at the better quality version on flickr

      Jeff, your posts were the first ones I spotted and pointed out a couple of times. It seemed specific (ish) to you at the time but agree that it does seem more prevalent now.

      As Ian has said, it always pays to take a look on Flickr if you want to examine any shot more than just a quick "once over".

        Probably to do with the bandwidth.
