There has been some minor updates to the page I linked above.
In particular there is a page about the return of Autumnwatch and it looks like later October:
"Autumnwatch starts at 8pm on Monday 23rd October. There will be four episodes, all on BBC Two."Andy

well done Tony ,unfortunately they are a law unto themselves ,I have a couple of hundred spring watch permission to use requests on file going back over the years ,sometimes I see them sometimes I think not ,possibly your shot being somewhat of a rarity will be used as a print in one of the programs ,you just gotta watch and record the lot plus the unsprung shows .HAPPY VIEWING

My picture of the Whitethroat in the blackberries was not only used on the Springwatch Twitter feed but it has also just won the "Birds" section in the September Calendar Challenge in the Flickr group *Birds and Wildlife UK* so I am quite chuffed too.Chris
