    River Gary Reflections

A view upstream of the river Gary looking towards the Pass of Killiecrankie. Not a difficult spot to shoot from I made this image from the road (B8019) bridge, it doesn't bounce as much as the footbridge that is in this image . But it was a rather grey, damp afternoon which impacted on the sky in this image.

As always your thoughts and comment are welcome.

This is 5 miles from me & I photograph it every year, not got any as good as this Peter. When the sun shines the reflection is just as colourful.

Whilst I can see Stan point on the crop I also think it still works well

Lovely autumn colours, Peter. I do think you need the sky as the tree tops showing top right suit the composition and ensures the interest goes all the way up there.

I did consider that crop Stan but it meant loosing the tree tops at the right side. With hindsight I could have called back the next day as there was a brilliant blue sky.

I’m wth Stan on this one and would crop out the sky and probably the distant hazy hill.
