    Up the Pole

When we think of pole dancing the first thing that comes to mind is "Gentlemens" clubs but these days it is more about an alternative way of getting fit and building up strength.

Last evening at the studio we had an evening with 2 dancers, complete with their own pole

        Thanks Lee and Tom

Not surprised about the olympics as great skill, balence and strength is required. The girl is in fact in training for a local competition

Don't think it will be in the Olympics, sports climbing is the nearest thing I know of, Tokyo 2020.
I slightly prefer the second one, an inverted triangle is always a good compositional shape. Maybe needs a tad more space at the top?

            Re: Up the Pole

two excellent shots and these girls are amazing I've to a FITNESS club :) where it was shown.

Only thing I would offer on the shots, is the first I think works better by cropping the base out, but otherwise great work

              thanks guys

I have cropped the base on many of the shots processed but left it in on this one just to give a bit of context and anchor the pose to the ground, but agree better without
