    I got me a Certificate.

I was dragged up to the front of our Camera Club and presented with a Certificate. Apparently it was a bit special, so I got a round of applause. A bit embarrassing really, because I didn't know what it was for.

It would seem that one of my images is representing the Southern Counties Photographic Federation against other Regional Federations affiliated to the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain. Very nice you say, so what image would that be then? Well, that's the embarrassing bit, because I don't know! I don't really get involved with that side of the Club and when the selection Committee request images for something or other, I send in a few and leave them to get on with it ........... including deciding on a title for any images that may be selected. So I didn't choose the title, therefore I can't relate it to a particular image and the lady that deals with this is on holiday at the moment, so I am rather confused until she returns.

So I have a rather nice certificate and not a clue what it's for!

She must be a wise woman. Congrats on getting a certificate, at least it's better then a ticket

                Congratulations on the certificate.

The reason I watermark all my photographs is, if they're in a competition or published, I know which ones are mine! It wouldn't be the first time I have admired an image only to be told, "It's yours!"

I got the bronze medal in the 2014-15 season and like you the first I knew about it was at a camera club evening when it was presented. Cant remember now which image it was for

Well done, Colin, well deserved. And whichever of your images it was for, I know it will be brilliant, because they all are. But I'd still be interested to see which.
