    Tiggerish Writing Desk :)

I knew I had at least one of these to process from my recent travels, so after seeing Paricks I thought I would find mine.

It has been processed to look this way so I know not for everyone

                    Re: Tiggerish Writing Desk :)

I think that's a fine example of shooting and processing an interior so well done

Only comment (and it's just my OCD that's offended by this) is that it's a pity you couldn't have got a few inches further back to avoid clipping the outer oval pattern of the carpet but, had you been able to, I suspect you would have.

Yes, very nice even though the decor strikes me as akin to what happens when white and dark chocolate melt into each other but I'm probably the only one to see that and the long-dead decorator takes the blame and not the photographer - unless "It has been processed to look this way" has significance here

                    Cheers,
                    John

I did have it :) and I knew the carpet would be OK, but didn't allow for the very edges and the wide angle distortion on the chairs. So I could have spent hours cloning the chairs out as I think its doable for me the crop worked so in this case went for the easy route, although if you look at the image you'll see I still had to remove some bits.

It really was a case of deciding which ring on the rug to cut so choose that one :)

As to your sweet reference LOL.....Its funny to bring that up. I've got another really nice shot, but its a mess with tiles on the walls and ceiling and whilst I know its sharp as I've zoom right in with LR when looking at the photo normally it just doesn't look right, I may have to try a soft glow on this one and see ..

Cheers Richard, yeah just about got away with loosing the spot lights and barrier at the end, least this time I didn't have to remove people
