    Waverley Abbey

It's been a while since I got out & about with the camera (story of my life!) but toddled off to Waverley Abbey, which is a 12th century Cistercian abbey near Farnham, Surrey.

      Re: Waverley Abbey

Thanks for looking Tom. I might revisit these (and some of the others I have). These three are HDR merges from 3 or 5 brackets but I think there is definitely scope for better/different processing.

Three very nice shots of an interesting location
That second one in particular is crying out for the Tigger treatment

          Cheers,

Yes, I think it is too. If only I knew his secret!

interesting location to shoot and would probably work well in mono as well

With the colour shots, you have picked up a bit of chromatic abberation both green and red fringing, which could be the result of the HDR treatment as I have found in the past that the individual shots look fine but once HDR'ed the abberation appears - you can of course get rid of it in photoshop

Thanks for looking Stan, and you comments.

I have considered mono treatment for some shots but haven't got round to it yet. Also, I had noticed the CA and I am currently honing my skills in Affinity (not PS) to be able to clear it up!
