You can buy things "over the counter" to help with flatulence (I couldn't resist, sorry Jock)

First sunny, though windy, weather for a while here a couple of days ago, so after many days sitting around at the computer I set out with great enthusiasm. About 50 yards down the road, being a gentleman I stepped off the path to allow two women (definitely not "ladies") coming in the opposite direction to pass. Jumped back too enthusiastically, twisted my dodgy knee, limped painfully back to the house where I've been ever since................

My fault, I know that because of the near 40 year old knee injury, I shouldn't sit around too long without popping out for at least a 15 minute walk every day to stretch the legs. The cold, wet, windy weather is so off putting that I've just got an exercise bike delivered as an alternative way to get the legs moving. Also one of those knee support things. let's see if that helps.
