    Sunset in the Park

Sunset at Cusworth Park. UK by John Ennis, on Flickr

The winter weather in the UK is challenging at times, but now and again does provide lovely colours as the day ends. This is taken in the gardens at Cusworth Park near Doncaster. Thanks for looking.

A lovely sky that shows off the trees in silhouette perfectly I do find the uninteresting foreground overpowering, however, so would be inclined to crop to the bottom of the right hand tree.

      Cheers,
      John

Nice John. An alternative to the suggested crop might be to lighten the grassy area bottom right a touch to add an area of interest. But that might just look odd, of course.

Hi Alex, hope you are well. I like your idea and it works. Just added some light with the graduated filter. Thanks.
