GC Grebe

Male Great Crested Grebe in full breeding plumage displaying his head and neck crest to a nearby female. Have located 5 pairs so far this year which are beginning to show signs of courtship so hopeful of a nice series of shots as the breeding season unfolds. They are one of my favourite water birds who I think provide great photographic opportunities with their courtship and breeding activity.
