Black Rapid Strap Update

I e mailed Black Rapid yesterday suggesting they replace the strap and got a response this morning asking i send the damaged part for inspection so watch this space

Above was about 3 weeks ago and had heard nothing further, until this morning, when a package arrived via FedEx and inside was a new Black Rapid Curve shoulder strap complete with all the fittings.

As mentioned in the first thread by Gerry the design of the newer straps has indeed been updated and the pin which wore away and pulled through is now secured with a collar and a pin

I was pleasantly surprised as with the strap being around 4 years old and way out of warranty, the most I expected was a contribution towards a new one

So very well done Black Rapid
