Taken in front of the windows, discovered my reflector as a plain inner which makes a great "flat" background. The slight shading at the edges is from a layer which I've then added to by just burning the shadow down a little. I managed to get the layer mask from doing a select by colour this time, rather than painting the foreground back in. Getting there and having little procesing victories.
The light striking the leaves and through the vase is by pegging open one piece of the vertical blind to let the sun hit just right. Though I may confess to moving the whole setting to the side a little because I couldn't get it to go where I wanted it to go by just moving the blind.
