    Bosham Harbour

As I have only recently acquired a PC with some decent processing power I haven't done many panos and this is a bit of a practice run to be honest. Hopefully some more interesting ones will be along later...

I suppose this is one way of getting a decent pixel count from my D30...

I have a soft spot for the old D30, it was my first ever digital camera and has served me well for years though maybe not as much recently. It's funny how you get attached to certain cameras and even perhaps a but sentimental.

That works for me, almost a Constable effect to it.

That works really, well, Nigel; the walking figures add to the serene feeling, and I don't even mind the parked cars for some reason. And horizon half way up? That works too because it is so well balanced and so nicely composed horizontally.

                  Re: Bosham Harbour

Nice light, beep blues and an interesting subject yes I like that a lot I can't decide whether cropping a bit off the bottom to place the big rock equally in the corner strengthens it or not as the ripples are so nice.

The main reason I bought a new and powerful PC with masses of RAM was due to the woeful pano processing of my old one. No excuses now Nigel

                  Cheers,
                  John

                    Thanks all.

I did look at the option of losing the bottom and putting rock in the corner but in the end felt that the ripples and reflection were too good to lose. I also rather like symmetrical shots when they work.
