The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

This comes into being on the 25th May 2018. This also covers photographs.
Trying to understand its effects but could this affect street photography et al as it suggests you need consent?

Possibly implications for this forum.

I was reading about this, seems a bit of a minefield to me. Wont concern me unless I have to get consent from Mr Blue Tit to photograph him
