    Brewer's Windows

While at the Tamron Event Tuesday evening, I took a walk around the Old Silk Mill that they are restoring for High End Apartments and Stores. Took a photo of the Windows that are part of the Brewery:

I like the symmetry and clean lines, well spotted Tom. Works reallly well in mono as hat adds to the simplicity.

Works really well, Tom. Is it shot through another window to frame it? This adds a nice element of interest that makes you stop and examine in more detail.

Brickwork seems to be timeless and an ideal subject for mono that coupled with such lovely windows has the makings of a great study. However, I'm not so sure about the bordering here and find it distracting. Was it intended to cover up something nasty in the corners?

                Cheers,
                John
