    Bluebell wood

Not sure if this set fits here or in landscape really. But here they are anyway.

I didn't know how muddy it was going to be in the woods (in places it was VERY) so I took my gardening knee pads with me so I could kneel down without getty mucky. I wanted to get down to the level of the flowers for these. I used my 24-105mm lens for all of the shots.

Nice shots Carol, you are certainly ahead of the game in East Anglia. I spotted the first Bluebell in our local woods on Friday although there are more out now it will be a week or two before they are that their best.

All nice but it's no 1 for me, Carol, that beautiful tree trunk and the flowers in close foreground on the right lift it out of the ordinary. I always really struggle to make my shots of bluebell woods look anything special - but you have done so here.
