    Gulls

Weeks of frustrating weather and getting the garden in shape on the dry days eventually lead to a few fine days away but had been checking out all your fantastic shots to keep the spirits up.

These gulls were eyeing up my bag of crisps as I sat on a rock above a beautiful west coast beach.

The BHG is a corker! Shame about the tip of the tail but it's all about the other end anyway

Nice images, and brownie point for title, gulls and not seagulls.

If the missing bit on the BHG is a problem, extend the canvas and content aware fill. 15 sec job

Direct upload so quality down a bit.

Interesting, I have Lightroom and Elements, would I need the full Photoshop to do that?

                    Re: Gulls

Believe Elements has content aware fill. Of course depends which version you have but been an option for a while. Certainty since ver11 maybe before.

So no you don't need full version of PS.

Sorry I was wrong looks like ver13 before an option.

                        Great, thanks for that.
I have Elements 15 but rarely use it as I do most of what I need in Lightroom and occasionally use Elements to tweak some basics a little more.

I really must learn to get more out of Elements.

                          Re: Gulls

Content aware fill is a great tool that's really useful for removing unwanted bits in images too.

There will be plenty of videos on YouTube about how to use content aware fill.
