    Black-headed gull

    SWMBO and I went to Warwick University today and I took the opportunity to go for a wander down by the lakes on the Campus.

    There were a number of these circling over the water - I assume they were hawking for insects.

    I had a number of fluffed shots, but this one came out reasonably well - I like the light on the tail.
