I think everything has been said... Awwwwwwww... If anything I would clone out the branch on your second image as it looks like it is growing out of his or her hind leg, that first one however is a winner and oozes cuteness.

First shot is wonderful, Carol. Great low point of view to accentuate those legs.
On the second I agree with Tony and would just edit the branch in the background.

Both excellent and exceptionally cute

Some don't like over editing but I agree removing those twigs would bring a massive improvement to an already nice image.
