Love the second one , looks like you had to do significant highlight/ whites adjustment on the first one as the bird looks grey on my monitor .

Focusing not quite right on the first shot for me ,but Wow love the second with pin point sharpness on the eye

I too like the second one more than the first....nice negative space on the left makes for an enhanced graphic impact
