Cracking shot, am very jealous, have just been up to Seahouses and the day I had set aside for the Boat trip was grey and misty so decided not to bother.

Weather can be an issue. We always schedule to visit twice in each trip with 2 or 3 days between. Hopefully to get one in good weather.

have just been up to Seahouses and the day I had set aside for the Boat trip was grey and misty so decided not to bother.

Northern weather - although we were lucky enough to get over twice during the week, there were no landings on Staple Island and it was so cold (beginning of June) we hwore 4 layers, 2 tee shirts, jumper, coat, scarf and gloves
