    Polperro

Popped down to Talland Bay (between Looe and Polperro) last Saturday. Had a pot of tea, sat on the beach, ate an ice cream then went to the pub. The nearest was in Polperro "just a stroll along the coast path" I optimistically told Mrs John which was true but I hadn't factored in the massive climb over the headland in between. Still, at least we earned that drink.

What was also nice was that we entered Polperro from a way all the coach parties miss out on and got to enjoy some different viewpoints such as this one:

Sounds like an ideal way to spend a a Saturday!
Lovely shot of the bay with great colours especially in the sea.

            Thanks folks

Mrs. John did forgive me when we were sat in the pub. Then we had to walk back again and she insisted on the 'direct' route. This took us straight over the hill discovering, as we did, the Cornish equivalent of the north face of the Eiger.

            Cheers,
            John
