25 years ago or so I worked next to Coventry Airport, where there was a flight of Dakotas kitted out for pollution control on behalf of HM Coastguard. It was not unusual to see one take off, but one day they actually scrambled the whole flight. Everyone stopped work and rushed out to see it. Amazing sight, and amazing sound. Shame I didn't have my camera with me.
Anyway, nice shot, showing all the Dakota character.
Please don't ask about my kit, it's embarrassing!

Can top your story Nick, 45 years ago I went on my first package holiday travelling to Spain in a Dakota DC3, going over the Pyrenees the wings were moving in different directions. So good to see one still flying.
      Great shot Chris.

Nicely done, Chris. Good prop blur

I found that I wasn't getting much prop blur with 1/250 in a lot of shots (I guess they're rarely at full whack at a display) so reduced to 1/200 and even 1/160 but then found that with my panning skills (or lack of them) meant that a lot of my shots aren't particularly sharp.
