Not quite achieved its adult beauty yet, colours starting to show though.
I see a lot of Lapwings nesting and they are fearless, great to watch them dive bombing Crows, Buzzards, Kestrels or anything that venture near their nests.
Sadly, I think a lot of their nests are destroyed by Farm machinery, especially the fertilising machines which are in use during nesting time.
