afaik the 60d and 7d do not have full time auto focus in video mode...still getting there in the manual :P

No Canon DSLRs have AF in video mode

My mate bought a Nikon D7000 last weekend.
The face recognition AF in video mode is amazing!!
Why can't Canon achieve this ?

I bought a 600D for when I want to travel light in the hills.
I find the AF with the screen folded out painfully slow - to the point that I can't bear to use it much
