Bournemouth Air is on for 4 days and this was the first time we have been for 4 years (used to go to all 4 days). It takes place over the sea so you are constantly shooting into the light which makes for a bit of a waste of time. However the reds were the last of the day at 5.30pm by which time the sun was much further west giving much better opportunities to get the colourful shots

We did go along to the " night air" flying but it was a bit of a waste of time for photography and difficult to get a decent view as it is so busy
