        lovely light John, just wondering if it needs a slight clockwise rotation, unless the path behind the trees does go downhill

            Nice work John the inclusion of the two figures give a sense of scale, some may have chosen to remove them in post processing. But I believe that in retaining them you have a stronger image which looks even better when enlarged on your Flickr photostream.

              I agree about the people and it was a conscious decision to leave them in along with the bench and boats just visible in the background (I did edit out a waste bin though ). Were it moorland, etc. I'd have wanted to remove anything man-made but this is so clearly a park they just seemed to 'belong'.
