        Nice and it goes to show how well you matched the colour for the mono conversion. Yes, nice but I feel the composition is stronger in the mono.

          Agree with John. Colour version with the mono composition would be the winner.

            Lovely golden color and a strong image on it’s on, however after seeing the mono version, they are still my favorite

                love the colors and reflection of the sky on the wet sand. i guess i need to go look at the mono version.

                    Thanks all.

                    The image was to some degree inspired by a blog style e-mail from EOS Mag.'s own Nina Bailey which included a fabulous sunset over the very same pier which said might be her best ever so I figured 'If Nina can do it so can I'... By chance this sunset occurred just a matter of days after Nina got hers...

                    Not as antiquated as the photographer I imagine!
