    The first shot needs the shadows lifting, it's a bit dark and too central in the frame, needs more room to swim into, 2nd shot is much better, good action and although central in the frame, that works because the subject is coming straight at the viewer

          thank you the first one was a bit dark did not want to push the shadows too hard and it was at the extreme range of my lens a 400mm 5.6 with a 1.4 extender but I will look at the cropping to make it less centered
