    Kingfisher yesterday

I went to the river on Friday morning but found the river had burst its banks and the paths were under at least a foot of water, the kingfisher was still flying about but no way to get anywhere near enough to shoot. Went back yesterday morning and the water had receded and the male was active in very nice light

              Cheers Trev

The water seems to have gone back down now as quickly as it came up
