Can a blurred image be recovered a bit?

I got a very quick grab shot and the camera/lens focused on the branch in front, now I don't expect a perfect image, I just want to confirm my feeling as to what I think it is.

Hmmm, I think that is being a little optimistic, but here is the best I can do from such a low res image.

Thanks Colin, it's my first sighting of a Pine Marten in this forest, need to go back with a jar of peanut butter to see if I can lure it a bit closer. The Sigma has a 3 position switch for the auto focus and it was set for the squirrels which were a lot closer, so this grab shot didn't work.

Grab shots often do work though.

I take a grab shot when something unexpected happens and then adjust the settings for a more considered shot.
