    The Heart Shot

    I have wanted this shot for some years.

    During their mating rituals, Great Crested Grebes will sometimes come face to face and form the shape of a heart. Try as I might, I couldn't get it until today. It's not the ideal background, but hey, it's much better then the previous images that I didn't have!

    Well captured Colin, can't see anything wrong with the BG its adds a bit of normality to the shot - GCG's in their natural environment

        Lovely habitat shot, I think that water pictures need something sometimes other than a reflection otherwise they can look a bit sterile
